Ventiv has built and maintained a bespoke web application, which allows OSHClub to run their entire business online. It does this by providing access to three main user types, parents, coordinators and administrators.

Parents are able to register and book their children to specific before and after school care and holiday programs for over 110 schools throughout Australia. They also have the ability to cancel bookings and receive payment problems via SMS.

Coordinators can log in to an administration system so they can print daily rolls and enrolment details, as well as final attendances and complete daily checklists to ensure business quality.

OSHClub administrators can then submit attendances to Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR) using CCMS web services, bulk bill family payments every fortnight, and are provided a number of custom reports (PDF and Excel) used by many divisions of their business (finance, legal, etc).
